Return And Refund Policy
In case of artwork misprinting or any kind of manufacturing defect from our side, you are eligible for a refund or return. However, if the mistakes have occurred due to your neglect of following our artwork guideline then we are not entitled to provide you with any refund or return.
In case you want us to change the design after final confirmation, then you must contact us within the four out of design finalisation. If you have changed your mind and you do not want us to produce your order, then the cancellation fee may apply. Within four hours of order and design confirmation, the cancellation of orders may apply a 20 % deduction in the cost.
Similarly, if after 24 hours you want to cancel your order then a 50 % deduction in the cost may be liable.
